That locker is your nervous system, and the pressure is all your unfelt emotions. The “busting open” shows up as a symptom — pain, illness, anxiety, fatigue, or disconnection.
Somatic Massage invites your system to release these stored emotions through presence, awareness, and gentle, intentional touch — taking pressure off the nervous system and allowing the body to remember what safety feels like.
